Ordering goods and services from us

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods or services. An order is placed on our website the checkout process includes giving us delivery and any other relevant details for your order eg. an optional delivery message, and then previewing and submitting your order. If paying by credit card you are then taken to a payment gateway to enter payment information and return to our site for order confirmation. 

We will send you an e-mail to confirm the goods and services purchased, and that we have received and accepted your order, which indicates that your order has been accepted and you may not cancel it. 

We will take payment from you when we accept your order. 

 

Refusing or canceling orders

In the unlikely event that the goods or services ordered are no longer available we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order. 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgment, to have been placed fraudulently. 

While we endeavor to ensure that the price and description of goods or services is accurate if there is an error in the process of listing a product or service on our website or a technical error in the processing of your order we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order. 

Our right to cancel orders applies to orders that have been accepted.

Our website (www.nobelhealthsolutions.com) endeavors to set pricing to your local currency. It can be one of the following. NZD, USD, EUR, GBP or AUD. The currency chosen is clearly indicated by a prefix in front of the price (NZ$, US$, €, £, AU$). Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices on our websites at any time for any reason.

We want you to have a safe and secure shopping experience online. All credit card payments are processed offsite via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, whereby sensitive information is encrypted to protect your privacy. We do not store any of your credit card details. These transactions occur at a secure payment gateway authorized by our bankers.

Delivery and Delivery Charges

We deliver worldwide to physical addresses. We do not deliver to Post Office boxes. 

Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries. The goods become the recipient’s property and responsibility once they have been signed for at the time of delivery unless they are seized by overseas customs as it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods you purchase from us are allowed through your countries border patrol. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days at Contact Form. We will use this delivery information to make a claim against our courier company. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, once we have received confirmation from our courier company that delivery was not successful.

Note: Due to our FDA compliant labeling, we guarantee delivery to the USA, and with no customs charges.

 

Delivery Period

Delivery lead time for products may vary. In most cases, your order will ship the next business day after acceptance of your order and delivery of your products should occur within 3 to 4 business days in most locations worldwide. You will receive an email with a tracking number that confirms that your order has been dispatched. 

To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your package. You can track your order by logging into your email and view your confirmation with us and viewing your order status and the tracking number which may be tracked with DHL or USPS or UPS.

 

Returns

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, you are entitled to have a faulty product repaired, replaced or refunded. 

If you have received the wrong product, we apologize and you are more than welcome to exchange.

We do not accept "change of mind" returns. This is largely due to the costs of customs fees.

We do not accept "change of mind" returns on goods that benefit from refrigeration or freezing, as we are unable to sell them again.
